To Whom It May Concern:
I am pleased to write this recommendation letter in support of William Smith’s application for admission into your College of Art and Design. I was William’s art teacher for two years.
I have known William to be a young, creative artist and I am always impressed with his creative artworks. Sincerely, it has been wonderful having a student like him in my art class. William is highly passionate about visual arts and as his teacher, I was able to discover that he has clear goals and dreams, and a strong desire for knowledge. Apart from his artistic skills, he is also academically sound. He had straight A’s in art which is an excellent academic record. He was also a straight A/B student up till the 10th grade. One of William’s arts was featured in a local art gallery and some of his art pieces were sold. William has a lot of captivating design works in his portfolio and I see them as a demonstration of his natural endowment of creativity.
William can work as an individual and also as a team. He has good human to human relationship and excellent communication skills. He has a great deal of respect for others and does not look down on people. He is always punctual, hardworking and humorous.
I am sure that William Smith would benefit from your college. I definitely believe he will be a good student and ambassador of your college if he is admitted. He has my highest recommendation. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information about him.
Sincerely,
Tim Cookes
