Lease / Rental Agreement Note

A lease or rental agreement is signed between the landlord and the tenant. The lease or rental agreement is prepared before the landlord rents out the property and other things to the tenant. While writing the lease / rental agreement, detailed terms and conditions are mentioned to secure the agreement made by both parties. Once everything is written down, the landlord and the tenant sign the agreement to confirm that they will abide by whatever is written on the paper they are signing.

While writing a lease or rental agreement between the tenant and the landlord, one must include the dates and terms the two parties have agreed upon. Start by writing the date on which both parties are writing the contract. Write their names down, along with the areas where they are from. Later, re-enter the date on which both parties are agreeing to the agreement. Then write in bullet points about all the terms and conditions which are an important part of the contract. Make sure you mention everything that revolves around money exchange between the two parties. Everything must be transparent enough so that there are no problems later on.

End the agreement either on the bullet points or on the fact that both the parties have accepted it. Write the date on which both the parties are planning to accept the agreement. Add two different signatures; one for the landlord and the other for the tenant.
